Hybrid Training

Our T&C Fitness Hybrid Personal Training combines aspects of both online coaching and in person PT sessions. With this option you will receive 1 PT session per month and also gain full access to our online training platform. Through our training platform you will get monthly workout updates, an easy to use app for inputting workout and body stats, a two way messaging service allowing you to get in touch 24 hours a day, an exercise videos library and much more.

1-2-1 Personal Training (indoor or outdoor)

With indoor and outdoor training options available, 1-2-1 Personal Training aims at working on exercises you may need to improve on, making sure you’re executing exercised with good form and showing you both progressions and regressions for exercise to ensure you hit your custom goals. These sessions can include an induction style session, running through as many exercises or pieces of gym equipment as you need.

Online Coaching

Trek & Climb Fitness’s online training method includes the same benefits are hybrid coating with the exclusion of 1-2-1 sessions. This is an effective training method for those living outside of Aberdeen (Scotland) or if you’re looking for someone to build tailor made programmes based on your goals.
